Adonica Ramirez is the Marketing and Client Relationship Lead at Paramount Associates, where she is deeply passionate about advancing financial education-particularly for women and small business owners-and empowering others to achieve financial freedom. She brings an extensive background in media and marketing, with experience spanning broadcasting, publishing, QSR, and financial services across Australia, South Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
A global citizen at heart, Adonica has lived on four continents and is fluent in four languages. She holds an M.A in Communication from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia.

Adonica is also dedicated to giving back. She has volunteered with animal welfare organizations such as Patan Animal Rescue in Ecuador and Green Paws in the UAE. Most recently, she served on the board of Expanding Early Care and Learning (EECL) in Clear Creek County - Colorado, helping to improve access to quality, affordable childcare for local families.

Outside of her professional life, Adonica enjoys travel, personal growth, and community engagement. Whether attending wellness retreats or hosting meditation groups, she is always seeking new avenues to grow, stay grounded, and discover meaningful ways to serve others.

Codi Robirds serves as Chief Operations Officer at Paramount Associates Wealth Management, where she leads the firm's operational strategy, business infrastructure, and organizational initiatives that support exceptional client service and sustainable growth. With a diverse background spanning multiple industries and leadership roles, Codi brings a unique blend of operational expertise, strategic leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement. 

As Chief Operations Officer, she oversees key operational initiatives that support the firm's growth, strengthen its culture, and ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and team members. A Colorado native originally from Fort Collins, Codi is driven by a spirit of curiosity, adventure, and service. She is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures through food, meaningful experiences, and connections with people around the world. Her love of the outdoors includes camping, paddle boarding, and spending time near the ocean whenever possible.
Codi is passionate about giving back and is always looking for opportunities to make a positive impact through community involvement, volunteer work, and service initiatives, both locally and internationally.

Outside the office, Codi enjoys live music, arts and culture, health and wellness, and seeking out new adventures with her husband. An avid animal lover, she also shares her home with their two beloved dogs, Moose and Bonnie.
