Work Experience

Paul Litchfield is a Senior Wealth Advisor and Financial Planner at Claro Advisors. He guides executives, founders, entrepreneurs, individuals, and families in simplifying their financial lives and preserving wealth across generations. For 17 years, clients across the United States and internationally have trusted Paul to help them navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

Paul's approach is rooted in a unique philosophy: wealth management should go beyond numbers. It's about aligning financial decisions with personal values and long-term purpose. To support this, he created the MOVE Framework a structured system built around four pillars: Mission, Objectives, Values, and Ethics designed to bring clarity, alignment, and discipline to every major financial decision.

Forbes has recognized Paul among America's Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors Best-in-State for the past three consecutive years.

Prior to joining Claro Advisors, Paul built and managed successful investment practices as a Vice President at Ferris Capital and Morgan Stanley. Earlier in his career, he worked in public accounting in Boston as a CPA®, giving him a deep technical foundation in tax strategy and financial structure.

Paul serves on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children and the Miss Massachusetts Organization, a subsidiary of the Miss America Organization. He is also the founder of AdVenture International, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit he created after spending a summer teaching math and English in Africa.

Paul earned bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, graduating summa cum laude as a Commonwealth Honors Scholar. He also holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with high honors.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and supports causes focused on education and helping underprivileged children. He is also a private pilot and enjoys flying in his spare time.
